Our website moving service is managed by our in-house CloudTech engineers. Instead of some mysterious automated process, we use real, live, certified experts who will care for your website as if it were their own. (At this time, we’re unfortunately not able to offer email migration or domain transfer services.)
After receiving your completed form, we’ll contact you within one business day. Each website is different and will be handled individually by your dedicated CloudTech engineer. The amount of time needed for your move will depend on the amount and complexity of the website content.
Once you submit your order form, the team will be in contact with you to get all of the information they need to transfer your site for you. We’ll need to access your existing website, so we will be asking you for important login details.
We can move any site that's compatible with our hosting products. We allow migrations to, between, or even away from (mt) Media Temple hosting services. If we can't migrate your website for any reason, we will issue you a full refund. And if we can't find the best service for you here at (mt), we will gladly help get you migrated to another provider. We're dedicated to making sure our customers are happy.
