In order to ensure you are able to access the Account Center in the future, there are a few things you will want to check/update on your device, which will be discussed below.

Instructions

Check your browser

  1. Open your preferred web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc).
  2. Check the address bar and make sure it specifically says ac.mediatemple.net.

  3. If you have any other variant, then you will want to update your browser's bookmarks and/or clear your cache.
  4. Once you've done that, re-attempt to visit https://ac.mediatemple.net and you should now be able to view the Account Center without issue.
  5. If your address bar specifically says ac.mediatemple.net, but you're still seeing the banner or are unable to access the Account Center page, then you will want to continue to the next section.

Check your host file

Windows

  1. Find a text-editor, such as Notepad. Right-click on it and select Run as Administrator - otherwise, you may not be able to access the hosts file.

    • You may need to select All Files from the drop-down to be able to view the hosts file.

  3. Once your hosts file is open, consider performing a "Save As" so you have an original copy of the file in case you need to perform a restore.
    • Select All Files from the drop-down to save it as the correct file-type.
