2015 has been no different, with the Media Temple support team taking home four bronze Stevie Awards at the ninth annual Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service – including for Young Customer Service Professional of the Year and Customer Service Training Team of the Year. In three years, Media Temple has won no less than eight Stevie Awards.

Also, based on our customers’ feedback, the Customer Support team has decided to give a facelift to the Media Temple’s online library of self-help support articles about our solutions and services. The Community section (formerly the “KnowledgeBase”) now boasts an improved user interface, aligning its look and feel with our AccountCenter and website for a smooth user experience.
