The 2016 Stevie Awards - Our Customer Support Team Does It Again

We are very proud to report that our tradition of excellence in customer support continues with our team being presented last Friday with two Stevie® Awards – the Stevie Awards are the world’s top customer service awards. The team scooped a Gold Stevie Award in the Office Customer Service Team of the Year – Technology Industries category, thus validating their joined efforts with our in-house Business Intelligence team to leverage a data-driven approach and gain greater insights into our customers’ needs. They were also awarded a Silver Stevie Award in the Best Use of Technology in Customer Service – Computer Services and Computer Software category.

It’s an honor to be recognized by the Stevie Awards. We owe a tremendous amount of gratitude to B.I. Manager Van Yancey and B.I. Developer Wesley LeMahieu for their tireless work on our business intelligence and Matrix platforms.
