As our Customer Support Agent based in Los Angeles (Culver City), CA, your primary mission will be to handle incoming inquiries related to customer accounts, billing, and light technical issues, including FTP, email, DNS. Your strong communication skills will be crucial as you answer inbound phone calls to our call center and draft emails to summarize your conversations. You will utilize your call center experience to aid our customers by providing accurate answers in a timely manner. Your familiarity with web hosting, whether obtained in a professional or personal arena, will come in handy as you tackle issues relating to FTP and DNS. Executive Administrative Assistant

(mt) Media Temple is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant who values thinking outside the box and enjoys a fast-paced, fun and creative environment. Qualifications

  • Previous experience performing administrative tasks for a large organization
  • Previous experience coordinating travel arrangements for management
  • Excellent calendar management skills, including coordination of complex executive meetings
  • Familiarity with Mac OS, Google Calendar, iWork, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with public speaking
  • Proven ability to manage time efficiently and work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to discreetly manage sensitive information

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules
  • Coordinate meetings for multiple departments
  • Schedule and coordinate Board meetings and related executive events
  • Coordinate travel for executives, VIP visitors and clients
  • Assist executives with preparation of presentation materials
  • Reconcile expense reports for multiple departments
  • Organize and maintain critical information for the company
