We chose Media Temple’s (gs) Grid Service as our platform for both sites. Our needs included a scalable platform, little or no downtime, dedicated resource (containers) for Ruby on Rails and MySQL. Having used Media Temple (gs) for client sites, we knew that we could rely on the services for our own web app development.
